MOXOM MX-MS17 4000 DPI Wireless Mouse

Four thousand DPI is a lot for a cordless office mouse, and it is the reason to pick this one over the five-dollar shelf: on a high-resolution laptop screen the cheap 1200 DPI mice need two swipes to cross the desktop where this needs half of one.

Three sensitivity steps — 2400, 3200 and 4000 — switch on the button behind the wheel, with a fourth key on the flank. The 2.4 GHz receiver is a nano stub that stays in the laptop, the shell is a contoured right-handed body with a textured thumb rest, and the Qx3218 chip is what MOXOM puts its "high-precision sensor" claim on.
