Assassin’s Creed Valhalla - PS4

Eivor’s raid on ninth-century England — the Viking chapter of Assassin’s Creed, and one of the largest maps the series has built. You lead a clan out of a starving Norway, settle a village in Mercia and grow it through raids, alliances and the politics of the English kingdoms.

Combat is heavier and more physical than in earlier entries, with dual wielding of almost any pair of weapons, and stealth is still there when you want it. Between the main story arcs come visions of Asgard, where Odin’s side of the myth plays out.

The case carries the PS5 upgrade badge: this PS4 disc unlocks the PS5 version at no extra cost on a PS5 with a disc drive.
