Call of Duty: WWII - PS4

The series goes back to the Second World War and fights it on the ground. The campaign follows Private Ronald “Red” Daniels and the US 1st Infantry Division from the D-Day landings in Normandy, across occupied France and into Germany, with the squad rather than a lone hero at the centre of it.

Multiplayer trades futuristic movement for boots-on-the-ground combat, with Divisions in place of classes and War mode, a chain of linked objectives such as storming a beach or escorting a tank. Nazi Zombies adds a co-operative horror campaign of its own for up to four players.

Online multiplayer on PS4 requires a PlayStation Plus subscription, sold separately.
