Hollow Knight - Nintendo Switch

A small, silent knight walks down from the town of Dirtmouth into Hallownest, a fallen underground kingdom whose bugs have been driven mad by a plague called the Infection. The kingdom is one vast, interconnected, hand-drawn map, and much of its story is told through what you find rather than what you are told.

You fight with a nail, and every hit builds Soul, spent either to Focus and heal or to cast spells. Charms, slotted into a limited number of notches, change how the Knight plays. Die and you drop your Geo, leaving a Shade where you fell — beat it to win the money back. Maps are bought from Cornifer, a wandering cartographer, and are updated when you rest at a bench. This physical edition includes the four free expansions released since launch: Hidden Dreams, The Grimm Troupe, Lifeblood and Godmaster. Single player.
