Pokémon Legends: Z-A - Nintendo Switch

A whole Pokémon adventure inside one city. Lumiose City, the Paris-inspired capital of Kalos from Pokémon X and Y, is in the middle of a redevelopment plan, and parts of it have been turned into Wild Zones where Pokémon live alongside people. You arrive as a new Trainer and choose Chikorita, Tepig or Totodile as your first partner.

Battles run in real time: you move around the field with your Pokémon and direct its moves yourself, rather than taking turns from a menu. Mega Evolution returns, Rogue Mega Evolved Pokémon appear as boss fights, and at night the city hosts the Z-A Royale, a battle competition you climb from Rank Z to Rank A.

Up to four Trainers can battle at once, locally or online; online play needs a Nintendo Switch Online membership. This is the Nintendo Switch version, which also plays on a Switch 2.
